Guide to Metropolis cities

A metropolis city is a pretty cool feature of Kingory, you don’t find anything like that in similar games like Evony or NapWar. These cities can have higher resources fields than a normal city, all the way up to level 20 for a capital city. The metropolis is controlled by a league and will benefit all the members of this league, giving the members gold daily as well as other advantages. Right now there are four types of metropolis cities in Kingory, the county, the shire, the prefecture and the capital.

The owner of the metropolis city has privileges to enact administrative decree when the government reaches level 10. You can only do one of these things every day, and there are 5 types.

Collect Gold: Levy Gold on a specified city
Collect Food: Levy Food on a specified city
Collect Peasants: Take possession of a certain amount of peasants from a specified city
Collect Troops: Take possession of a certain amount of troops from a specified city. Troops constituting the largest proportion of troop population are collectable.
Demilitarize: Reduce a certain amount of troops from a specified city and convert them into peasants.

A metropolis city can be attacked at any time without the declaration of war. Even if you go on vacation you can not change the metropolis status to vacation. You can not change its status to parleying or change its name either. Population cap of expeditionary units in Rally Spot can be increased by 100% at the most.

Overall metropolis cities are pretty cool, have fun with them.

Newbie protection.

When you start a new account in the flash game Kingory you will have a newbie protection for 7 days. In Kingory they call it the newbies attack immunity but it’s pretty much the same as the newbie protection you have in similar games like Evony and NapWar. They send you an email once you create an account explaining how it works, and also advice you to start out doing the growth quests to get used to the game. I also think that this is a good idea, you get good rewards doing the newbie quests.

In the welcome mail they also tell you about the newbie package, that’s the one I mentioned in the last article here. If you pay $30 or more for in game items they will give you this newbie package for free. The package contains 5 Lu Ban Leaflet, 2 Lu Ban Sketch, 5 Coral, 5 Liuli, 1 Crystal, 1 Amber, 1 Food Bundle, 1 Lumber Bundle, 1 Stone Bundle and 1 Iron Bundle. This package is only available once per player.

New player rewards in Kingory

The Kingory browser game is growing real fast these days, and I guess it’s cause of that they are having lots of rewards for new players signing up to play the game. The biggest one right now is the signup package that you get for free. This newbie gift set is worth 200 USD and contains lots of cool items for the game. There are more cool free gifts also.

The newbie special is something you get once you start buying some in game items in Kingory. If you buy items for 30 USD you will get an extra bonus gift set worth 18 USD, which I think is pretty cool. These items let you grow your empire much more quickly than you would have otherwise.

The third type of rewards I thought I’d mention here are the campaign and contest promotions. The contests they have right now are called Survival of the fittest top 10, Strongest leagues battle and High hero hunt. There are more to come in the future, so stay tuned.

Kingory is a pretty cool browser game using flash. It is the international version of a Chinese MMO strategy game called RSXG. It is developed by Joyport UUYX in China. RSXG is a very popular game in china, played by more than 40 million players on more than 600 different servers.

In the strategy game Kingory you start with one small village and you expand your empire from there. You can fight with NPC villages, attack other players, develop technology, recruit heroes, join alliances as well as lots of other cool things. On this website I’ll try to post useful guides and articles regarding Kingory game strategy. The site is very new now, but I’ll update it frequently.
